In order to complete the CE request we will need a $10 CE administration fee and a completed evaluation for the class or workshop you attended.Ā
OnceĀ your evaluation and payment are submitted, weā€™ll email you a certificate that can be downloaded and printed, forwarded, or uploaded as needed.Ā A certificate can also be mailed to you upon request.Ā
