National Dance Week Online
Join students around the world for free classes and workshops during National Dance Week. The Breema Center offers the opportunity to experience Self-Breema exercises and the Nine Principles of Harmony online. Online workshops include Self-Breema exercises, presentation, discussions, and Q&A sessions.
