Breema Intensive Daily Inspiration - Day 4

Obstacles Do Not Stop the Flow of Life

You can remain with the flow of the life force, and accept the condition of your body. “I have a headache” means only that there is a headache. You could accept life as it comes and as it goes, and you, yourself, are simply the observer of the flow of events. That which you see, you accept, without the desire to change it.

Fall Intensive 2026

Saturday, October 10 - Wednesday, October 14

During a Breema Intensive, students experience Breema bodywork, Self-Breema exercises, and the Nine Principles of Harmony. All are natural expressions of the unifying principle of Existence. They provide ideal support for practicing body-mind connection and the art of being present. The intensive is an opportunity to immerse yourself in the nurturing nonjudgmental atmosphere of Breema. Jon Schreiber, Director of the Breema Center and author of many books about Breema, teaches during the Intensive along with a group of highly experienced Breema instructors, many of whom use Breema in their professions.

Although we would love to have everyone join us in person at the Breema Center to experience giving and receiving Breema bodywork during an Intensive we are excited to offer this online opportunity to bring the atmosphere of the Intensive to your day. We will be streaming Self-Breema classes daily Saturday – Wednesday.
