You will receive an email with information and a link to the course evaluation required for the CE Certificate. Please check your spam filter if not received immediately.
In order to complete the CE request we will need a $10 CE administration fee and a completed evaluation for the class or workshop you attended.Â
Once your evaluation and payment are submitted, we’ll email you a certificate that can be downloaded and printed, forwarded, or uploaded as needed. A certificate can also be mailed to you upon request.Â
